MOVING OUT |
- As a rule , the contract expires three months after the notice. ( it depends on how long you live in the house)
- The lessor cannot cancel the contract if the lessee can't find another place to live , or under the following circumstances: ailment, pregnancy, and so on.
- Renewal of wall paper, or painting of wall and ceiling inside the house, must be conducted by the lessee if necessary. There will be an inspection of the room on the day you move out.

RULES |
There are many strict circumstantial rules regarding noise and cleanliness. |
- example 1 ・・・There are certain times when you may or may not beat your rugs
- example 2 ・・・If you make noise with friends late at night, or even cook something too late, neighbors may call the police.

PETS |
- Rules regarding pets are more or less the same as the ones in Japan . The lessee must get permission from the lessor to keep a pet. Even if the lessor allows pets , they must be well behaved and quiet, since there will still likely be many rules and requirements.

HELPER ANIMALS |
- Rescue Dogs are trained to help at a crash site . Germany's Rescue Dog Confederation has a total of 28 branches! There are 1267 people, and 434 dogs, saving lives in 23 countries. In the year 1999, in Turkey , rescue dogs saved the lives of 36 crash survivors.
